For this week, there was actually a tie between two totaly different fans. The Judgement Panel was completely divided, included the thirteenth member of the panel who literaly sliced himself in half, vertically, b/c he could not make the deciding vote of which fan should be the winner. So to prevent the other panel members from doing the same, the remaining 12 members of the panel finally agreed to allow a tie. Once you see the two winners, you too will begin slicing yourself in half- not knowing which fan is better. We strongly advise you to just accept that they are characterized by the same level of integrity and assure you that their commitment to News is equivalent.
