This week's winner was so hard to choose, the News panel of judges had
to use a lottery system. They took a potato sack full of potato skins
and threw in all fans pictures along with some silly string. Then, the
judges took turns shaking the bag for several days each. After about a
monthes of shaking the potatoe sack, one picture was selected at random.

potato sack method.
